It just what my daughter needed. Instead of buying expensive laptop for her school homework, now she can use it for her projects, exchanging e-mails and messages with friends etc. For the price, it is better than one could expect. Screen works smoothly, very nice built-in speakers, WiFi speed is good. I wish only the battery could last longer, so that she could charge it once or twice a week and not once a day like right now. I got it for Ebooks, Email, and web surfing and I can't recommend it for any of these tasks. Here are the issues I am having with the tablet that should keep you from buying one: 1. Brand new, right out of the box it has one dead pixel in the middle of the screen. After 24 hours of use I now have six dead pixels. 2. Wifi connection on the tablet is very weak. I need to sit in front of my wireless router to connect and can not move or the connection will be lost. When I try to reconnect after loosing the signal I have to disable and re enable the connection multiple times. 3. The graphics processor on the tablet is way to small/slow for this device.
